Mr Anthony McClure
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr McClure is a highly respected mining executive. He is also a past director of Silver Mines Limited, Bolnisi Gold NL, Nickel Mines Limited, European Gas Limited and Mekong Minerals Limited.
Mr McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from Macquarie University in 1986. He has had over 30 years technical, management and financial experience in the resource sector worldwide in project management and executive development roles.
Mr Paul L’Herpiniere
Managing Director
Mr L’Herpiniere is a seasoned exploration management and project generation expert with a robust track record spanning over two decades and more than 20 countries. As the former Head of Exploration at Fortescue, Mr L’Herpiniere has honed his skills in leading extensive mineral exploration initiatives globally.
In addition to his extensive field experience, Mr L’Herpiniere is a founding partner at Ibaera Capital, a resource-focused private equity firm that manages assets worth USD 150 million. Since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in the development and strategic direction of the Rogozna project, contributing his vast knowledge and industry insights to ensure its success.
Dr Jon Hronsky, OAM
Non-Executive Director
Regarded as one of Australia’s preeminent geoscientists, Mr Hronsky brings over 40 years of extensive experience in the exploration of gold, copper, and nickel. His career is marked by significant leadership, notably as the former Global Manager of Strategy and Generative Sciences at BHP Billiton.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mr Hronsky serves as a specialist adviser to executive teams at several of the world’s foremost mining corporations. Since 2019, he has also played an integral role in shaping the direction and strategy of the Rogozna project.
Mr Trent Franklin
Non-Executive Director
Mr Franklin is currently Managing Director of Enrizen Financial Group. He has served on the board of a wide array of ASX-listed explorers including Silver Mines Ltd, Gateway Mining Ltd and Futura Resources Ltd. Mr Franklin was also a Non-executive Director on the Australian Olympic Committee from 2008 to 2012.
Ms Jo-Anne Dudley
Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms Dudley is an accomplished and safety-focused mining engineer with over 30 years of experience in the global mining industry. Her expertise includes strategic planning, merger and acquisition analysis and due diligence in mining and major project development. Ms Dudley previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Qualified Person under NI43101 (for Turquoise Hill Resources, Mongolia) and has been a Competent Person (Oyu Tolgoi Ore Reserves, Rio Tinto). Ms Dudley has served on the board of Ora Banda Mining since 2023, chairing the Sustainability Committee.
Ms Dudley’s achievements have been recognised globally, notably being named an Exceptional Woman in Queensland Resources in 2018 and a member of the 2018 Global 100 Inspirational Women in Mining. Additionally, she was awarded the 2019 Chief Executive Women Scholarship to the Wharton Executive Development Program. Ms Dudley has been a keynote speaker at the 2023 AusIMM UG Operators Conference (Brisbane) and at ACG Caving 2026 (Mongolia).
Ms Dudley has a Bachelor of Engineering Mining (Hons) (University of NSW), a Graduate Certificate in Technology Management (Deakin University), is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM).
Ms Sandra Bates
Independent Non-Executive Director
Ms Bates is a United Kingdom based international lawyer and public company director with over 25 years of top-tier private practice and in-house experience advising management teams and boards of both listed and private companies in Europe, North America and Africa. She is a risk assessment and ESG specialist and brings extensive experience of guiding companies in the natural resources sector through complex negotiations often with a cross-cultural element. Ms Bates was previously Executive Director of ASX Listed Predictive Discovery Limited, Non-Executive Director of ASX/LSE listed Adriatic Metals, General Counsel at TSX-V listed Elemental Royalty Corp. and Avesoro Resources, and a partner at leading Canadian firm Stikeman Elliott LLP.
Ms Bates holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (with Hons) from the University of Adelaide, Corporate Boards Program accreditation from Harvard Business School and is admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales (2001) and South Australia (1998).
Mr Sleiman Majdoub
Company Secretary
Mr Majdoub is a qualified solicitor with experience in the corporate and commercial sector including experience advising mining exploration companies. Mr Majdoub graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. He has significant experience in advising and assisting ASX listed companies with their reporting, company secretarial and compliance requirements along with in house legal support.
