Non-executive Chairman

Mr McClure is a highly respected mining executive and currently Managing Director of Silver Mines Limited. He is also a past director of Bolnisi Gold NL, Nickel Mines Limited, European Gas Limited and Mekong Minerals Limited.

Mr McClure graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from Macquarie University in 1986. He has had over 30 years technical, management and financial experience in the resource sector worldwide in project management and executive development roles.

Managing Director

Mr L'Herpiniere is a seasoned exploration management and project generation expert with a robust track record spanning over two decades and more than 20 countries. As the former Head of Exploration at Fortescue, Paul has honed his skills in leading extensive mineral exploration initiatives globally.

In addition to his extensive field experience, Paul is a founding partner at Ibaera Capital, a resource-focused private equity firm that manages assets worth USD 150 million. Since 2019, he has played a pivotal role in the development and strategic direction of the Rogozna project, contributing his vast knowledge and industry insights to ensure its success.

Executive Technical Director, Western Australia

Mr Pugh has been appointed to the Strickland Board as Executive Technical Director, Western Australia.  

He has been employed as the Company’s Geology Manager since 2022 and has played an instrumental role in the exploration growth at the Company’s Yandal Project in Western Australia.  

Mr Pugh has over 18 years industry experience, having previously been a Senior Consulting Geologist and Exploration Manager for Auris Minerals Ltd, Mr Pugh has a bachelor’s degree in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University and is also a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG).  

Non-executive Director

He has had a distinguished career spanning more than 34 years in mineral exploration and project development.  

Mr Langworthy has been a technical adviser to the Company since 2021 and is currently a director of OMNI GeoX, a specialist exploration group, having previously been a founding director of ASX listed Northern Star Resources Limited and Capricorn Metals Limited. He has previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Syndicated Metals Limited, Talisman Mining Limited, Falcon Minerals Limited and Pioneer Resources Limited. He is also currently the Non-Executive Chairman at Gateway Mining Limited. 

Non-Executive Director

Regarded as one of Australia's preeminent geoscientists, Mr Hronsky brings over 40 years of extensive experience in the exploration of gold, copper, and nickel. His career is marked by significant leadership, notably as the former Global Manager of Strategy and Generative Sciences at BHP Billiton.

Beyond his technical expertise, he serves as a specialist adviser to executive teams at several of the world’s foremost mining corporations. Since 2019, he has also played an integral role in shaping the direction and strategy of the Rogozna project. 

Non-executive Director

Mr Franklin is currently Managing Director of Enrizen Financial Group. He has served on the board of a wide array of ASX-listed explorers including Silver Mines Ltd, Gateway Mining Ltd and Futura Resources Ltd. Trent was also a Non-executive Director on the Australian Olympic Committee from 2008 to 2012. 

Company Secretary

Mr Majdoub is a qualified solicitor with experience in the corporate and commercial sector including experience advising mining exploration companies. Sleiman graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. He has significant experience in advising and assisting ASX listed companies with their reporting, company secretarial and compliance requirements along with in house legal support.

Consultant

Mr. Andrew Bray has over a decade of experience in the formation, financing and development of natural resource companies, including Gateway Mining Ltd, Silver Mines Ltd, and Futura Resources Ltd amongst others. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) from the University of Sydney. 

Administration Geologist

Linda has over 15 years experience as an exploration geologist having developed and implemented drill programs and managed budgets for numerous companies. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Geology from R.M.I.T and works across multiple companies in a role which includes monitoring of tenement expenditure, statutory reporting, and environmental approvals as required by DPIE NSW and DMIRS WA.
